Taking an over the counter sleeping pill along with your prescription ant anxiety medication may be acceptable with your doctor’s permission. Do not ever mix any type of anti depressant with any other medication without the advice of a medical professional as you can become extremely ill and even put yourself in the hospital by doing so. Speak to your doctor openly and report all of your symptoms to ensure they will select the best possible combo anti anxiety depressant medications for you.
