Being socially nervous every time you walk into a public place, or even just going to another family member’s home is certainly no picnic. While some people may feel those who suffer from anxiety disorders could easily be cured if they could just learn to calm themselves down more on a daily basis that would certainly take some stress away from their day. That simply isn’t the case for millions of anxiety sufferers and if you combine that anxiety with some other ailments, you are looking at a very serious emotional battle. When you suffer from social anxiety disorder bad temper combined, you will be in need of finding a great way to receive therapy that is effective and works quickly as it can be very dangerous.

When you have a bad temper you are more susceptible to getting into altercations not only verbally, but physically as well. A bad or more pronounced temper can equate to becoming easily annoyed and frustrated with minor situations in life and that can be a very challenging thing to overcome. It has the ability to cause such frustration that the individual can be set off by the most trivial thing and then their entire day is virtually ruined. When you combine that type of temperament with feelings of anxiety it cause a love and hate relationship with one’s feelings and the emotional rollercoaster begins. Anxiety feelings can be when you feel nervous or you begin to panic when faced with some form of confrontation with a person, place or thing that makes the individual feel fearful of it. A bad temper can cause an explosion of some sort and then it can commonly be followed by feelings of anxiety simply due to the guilt, shame or even the sadness they feel from the imprint their temper’s make on their lives. Some symptoms of social anxiety disorder bad temper can be sweating, feeling nervous, trouble sleeping or eating, dizziness and trembling. The best thing to do to begin healing from both disorders is to treat one of them at a time. Begin with the temper as that is generally easier to begin to diffuse and once that is starting to decrease, the aftermath of the anxiety issues that are being displayed will fade away. You can incorporate many relaxation therapies and try to calm yourself down before heading into stressful situations and at times you may even have to avoid certain places to stay on track. Speak to a therapist if the conditions cannot be diffused by simple relaxation techniques and they continue to persist.
