There are two components that are similar to caffeine that contribute to weight loss, one is more potent than the traditional caffeine, and one is less. Together, the two balance to provide a combination that can promote effective weight loss.

There have been over two thousand studies completed which theorize about the powers within the tea. Aside from weight loss, consuming green tea can help the patient to avoid cavities and infections, lower blood pressure and prevents hardening of the arteries. Urinary and brain functions have been shown to improve with the ingestion of various green tea extracts and leaves.
