Five Healthy Meals you Can Make in Meals

We never get tired of our gluttonous ways and keep downing those bacon burgers and cheese pizzas at a frenetic pace. This nearly brings us to a state where our system calls it quits. We become pile-on for fat and diseases begin to set in, in a big way. This brings up an urgent need for taking healthy meals or else the society would be cleaned up by disease dogs. Let’s take a look at few healthy dishes that can be made very fast.

Fruit sandwich- Now, fruits can really get our metabolism going. All we need is some brown bread and fruits. The fruits can be chosen from apple, banana, guava, acai and much other seasonal stuff. Put the fruits in a big layer between two slices of brown bread and sprinkle some salt in accordance with taste. You can use nominal amount of cheese. The unsaturated fat would not harm in small proportions and the food would remain just as healthy. It is also very wholesome.

Hot cereal- if you are a fan of porridge and oatmeal, you can make it healthier as well as taste-thick by using raisins, almonds and cashew nut. Because all those foods which have oat are assimilated slowly into the digestive system, the food keeps hunger pangs away. A sure shot quick-health meal winner.

Stewed fruit- if you have a refrigerator and the moolah to get few fruits and apple juice (optional), you won’t need a thing more. Cut three apples, a small pear and keep an amalgamation of dry fruits ready. Pour 100 ml of cedar juice or simple water and get it warmed over a low gas flame. Cool it and fridge the same. Take out during breakfast and have it with yoghurt or a moderate dash of cheese.

Mushroom Crostini- Use thyme leaves, garlic, olive oil, mild goat cheese and brie to prepare the Crostini. Not only is Mushroom Crostini a fairly healthy stuff but it also adds a lot of sumptuousness to the fare. And yes, you can cook it in a blink.

Fresh salads with legumes- You can use some olive, jalapeño and mix it with a fiber and vegetable rich salad. Top it with boiled legumes and a coat of curd or yoghurt.  This will account for some really wholesome appetite-suppressing healthy food.
