They are also believed to help slow down the aging process and even help people lose weight.
While it is always a good idea to be a little skeptical of grand claims, it does seem that the acai berry has been getting high marks from scientists, health experts and nutritionists alike. So can the acai berry help you lose weight? The short answer is yes. However, it is not a magic bullet. You will still need to exercise, eat a sensible and well varied diet and cut back on empty calories especially those that contain alot of fat and sugar.
